A Key Way to Improve Fertility
One of the most potent ways you can create change within your reproductive system requires mastering one of the most challenging aspects of dealing with infertility: your emotions. And I want to invite you to a class that will teach you just that.
Your body is always listening. Listening to how you are feeling.
Your individual cells’ internal environments are bathed in the chemical equivalent of your feeling state. This internal environment guides the cells into either growth or fear state.
Your fertility environment requires cells to be in growth state for optimum conditions.
Does this mean you should never feel another negative emotion again?
What this does mean is that you want to have a way to move through even the most challenging emotions that come from dealing with infertility and shifting your body back into fertility.
You need to have a solid way to honor, acknowledge, and release your emotions.
These emotions are the ones that come up when you hear someone else is “accidentally” pregnant. Intellectually you are happy for them, but you’re desperately jealous (and ashamed that you cannot make that feeling go away). Or when you are feeling not enough for the 10th time that day. Or when you are terrified that because your period is different again this month that you are heading into peri-menopause. Or when you find yourself so anxious that the knot in your stomach never leaves.
The feelings are all normal. You just need a way to release them.
