Your body holds onto feelings even when your conscious mind doesn’t really want them. And, your body is always listening to how you feel to determine its thoughts and actions – this is one of the main reasons that mind-body work can be so powerful for fertility.

Here is an energy exercise you can use to begin letting go of some deeply held beliefs which create the feelings that seem to come out of nowhere:

Place your hand on the center of your chest and begin rubbing in a small circle.  As you continue the circular motion, say out loud: “No matter what happens, I’m going to be okay; No matter what happens, everyone else is going to be okay; I forgive myself and my body for this struggle with fertility; I am fertile.”  

Repeat all the phrases three times, at least once a day.  Do it daily and then notice how you are feeling.
