Recommendations

If you are looking specifically for a CD that will help ease insomnia, I recommend the General Health CD. You can either listen to the CD to calm an anxious mind in the middle of the night, or simply use the techniques that you learn when you are having difficulty sleeping.

To make the most significant changes to your body, you should elicit the relaxation response (which you’ll do with any of the above CDs) 20 minutes a day.

Standard Shipping

Within the US: Orders are sent via Priority Mail from the USPS which will arrive within 3-6 days. While we cannot guarantee these delivery times they are very rarely different.

International: Orders are sent via Global Priority Mail from the USPS which will reach you in 5-7 days. Customer is responsible for any customs or duties charges. We offer downloadable product if you wish to avoid shipping and customs fees. If your order is delayed please check with your local post office and customs. We ship our orders within one business day however we cannot be responsible for packages once they leave the US. While the post office will not guarantee these delivery time frames, it is very rare for them to be different. It can take up to 4 weeks for an order to arrive on very rare cases
