Recommendations

Research demonstrates scientifically measurable changes in how your body responds to stress when you practice the relaxation response 20 minutes a day for 2 weeks.

So for maximum effectiveness, when possible, begin listening to a download prior to your cycle starting. You may also want several different CDs to listen to so that you have variety to choose from when you listen daily.

Choose a cycle download that matches the type of cycle you are doing. If you are doing an FET (frozen embryo transfer) or a Donor Egg/Embryo cycle, use the IVF download and begin with either track 2 or 3. While the visualization won't specifically mention FET or donor, the imagery IS appropriate for once the embryo(s) are transferred to you.

Standard Shipping

Within the US: Orders are sent via Priority Mail from the USPS which will arrive within 3-6 days. While we cannot guarantee these delivery times they are very rarely different.

International: Orders are sent via Global Priority Mail from the USPS which will reach you in 5-7 days. Customer is responsible for any customs or duties charges. We offer downloadable product if you wish to avoid shipping and customs fees. If your order is delayed please check with your local post office and customs. We ship our orders within one business day however we cannot be responsible for packages once they leave the US. While the post office will not guarantee these delivery time frames, it is very rare for them to be different. It can take up to 4 weeks for an order to arrive on very rare cases
