Relax – get quiet so that you can hear what your body, mind, and spirit are really saying. Create a place of peace where you can go no matter what feelings of worry or fear are present. Reduce the physical discomforts of pregnancy.
Release – let go of thoughts, behaviors, emotions, that no longer serve you. Let go of your history of infertility and/or pregnancy loss. This does not negate your history or make you forget the child or children you have lost. Instead, it helps you remove all the unwanted negative emotion, helps you heal your heart, and feel more comfortable moving forward.
Renew – fill up with what you DO want ~ reconnect with who you want to be ~ create a positive pregnancy experience. Get back more of you.
Reconnect – commit to put it all into daily practice and learn how to keep feeling this way in your day-to-day life – whether you are dealing with pregnancy related concerns or other areas of your life.

Allow Jennifer to create a healing space for you and learn how to create it for yourself.
Support for pregnancy after a miscarriage or infant loss
Partner with Jennifer to make it past the anniversary of your loss or as you approach the time in this pregnancy where you lost the baby last time. You don’t have to do this alone.
